Dye & dash does not offer refunds on services. If you are unhappy with your color service, Dye & Dash will redo the work at no charge for up to seven days from your original service.
We accept product returns for unused or defective products, within 14 days of purchase. Exchange or store credit only.
Dye & Dash is not responsible for any lost or stolen items within the salon, including coats or purses. Please use hanging hooks at your own discretion.
